Dr. Inga Beck joined the team at Artemed Stiftung on 1 March 2022. With a doctorate in geography and journalism, she will be responsible for the further development and expansion of the Foundation's projects as well as for public relations.

Dr Beck brings a lot of experience in project management due to her many years of research activities, especially on the topic of climate change (permafrost). Through her numerous stays abroad, she also knows the working conditions in economically less developed countries very well. Her journalistic knowledge, which she uses, among other things, for the Schneefernerhaus environmental research station on the Zugspitze, rounds off her profile.

As Artemed Stiftung is increasingly aware of the consequences of climate change on people's health and living conditions, especially in the project countries, Dr. Beck's expertise in this field is a great asset. Likewise, her scientific working style will help us to evaluate the impact of our foundation projects even more precisely and to adjust the project orientation if necessary.
