Where and how does my donation help?

With your donation, you help us bring health care to places that would otherwise be excluded from it. We are currently supporting projects in BoliviaMyanmar and Tanzania. You can find out more under the respective project pages.

How much of my donation reaches the project?

We can assure you that 100% of your donation will reach the projects. The Artemed SE takes over all our administrative costs, which means that no part of the donation is spent on advertising and administration.

How can I determine what my donation will be used for?
Of course, you can give your donation to your heart's project by selecting an intended purpose in the online donation form or by specifying the project in the intended purpose of the remittance slip. You are also welcome to additionally specify the purpose of the donation in a note to us or a short E-Mail .
Will I receive a donation receipt?

As we are recognised as a non-profit organisation, you will receive a tax-deductible donation receipt. We need your full postal address for the issue. Please note that the receipt can only be issued after the donation has been credited to our account. This can take up to 6 weeks for online donations.

Are you a permanent donor? We will issue your annual receipt at the beginning of the following year.

Which means of payment can I use to donate?

Online you have the choice between different options: Direct debit, credit card (MasterCard, Visa) or PayPal.

We guarantee that all transactions are encrypted and your data is protected. Please also see our privacy policy.

Of course you can also make a bank transfer to our donation account. Please state your name and address in the reason for payment so that we can send you a donation receipt. Our donation account is as follows:

My address/my bank details have changed. What do I have to do?

Can I also donate regularly?

With pleasure! Your regular donation enables Artemed Stiftung to develop its projects in the long term and to plan ahead. Please select in our donation form the frequency with which you would like to donate. Or even simpler: Become a member of the Friends of Artemed Stiftung! Follow this link:

How can I cancel my permanent donation?

Of course, you can adjust or end your permanent donation at any time. All you need to do is send a short message via E-Mail or letter or simply call:

Can I create my own fundraising campaign?

Yes! There are many special events in life: Birthdays, celebrations or anniversaries, or even the loss of a loved one. On such occasions, many people feel the desire to do something good. For example, by foregoing gifts and instead wishing for donations for people in need.
