Educational work is the most important part of the I.N.G.E. project. It stands for "Innovative Non Government Education".

After an intensive research phase, the first pilot events were held in January. In the villages of Narkongchaung Lay, NarKongChaung Gyi and Sar Phyu Su, local committees met for the first time to discuss village development and define initial measures.
