The Irrawaddy River DoctorsStreet Doctors and the team at the St. Walburg`s Hospital treat many patients every month. In April, we were able to treat almost 6,000 patients in our projects in Bolivia and Tanzania. This included 1,179 children. In Myanmar we were unable to treat any patients in April due to a strict lockdown during the Water Festival and restrictions imposed by the military. From May onwards Irrawaddy River Doctors could at least be active again at the jetty in Bogale.
