The new prevention project I.N.G.E., which aims to bring health education to the villages in the Irrawaddy Delta, continues to gather pace. On October 21 and 22, Min Min from the Irrawaddy River Doctors together with representatives from Meikswe Myanmar visited a total of 5 villages in the catchment area of the Irrawaddy River Doctors. The project was presented to the local village committees and initial ideas for a possible program were developed. The next step is to decide which 3 villages will be involved in the pilot project over the next 8 months.
