Despite the rainy season and corona lockdown, construction of the new mother and child center in Bogale continues. The manager of the Irrawaddy River DoctorsMin Min, has made a film about it for us. It is impressive to see how the building is being raised piece by piece despite the difficult conditions. Here is the link to the movie:
In future, around 400 pregnant women per month will be cared for at the center to help expectant mothers and their babies safely through this phase. We still need donations for the completion of the center and are happy about every contribution!
