Last Saturday, on September 14, Artemed Stiftung held its first foundation event for its volunteers at Benedictus Hospital in Feldafing. The main purpose of the event was to gain information and impressions from the various projects and to get into conversation with each other. There was an extensive supporting program with exciting presentations from the fields of obstetrics (Solveig Groß and Ruth Handte), hygiene (Ullamariam Hoffmann), surgery (Anna Borys) and technology (Henrik Rausch and Ralf Groß). Among other things, they discussed the current work of the Foundation's various specialist committees and the progress already made in recent years. The necessary improvements in the various specialist areas were also highlighted and their possible implementation discussed. Achievable future goals and the steps required to achieve them were thus defined. Between the individual presentations, there was plenty of time for exchange, getting to know each other and discussions. In the final part of the event, there was a "Project Strategy 2025 - 2027" workshop, the results of which were presented at the end.

The event offered all participants a great opportunity to find out about the current status of the foundation's projects and also to provide their own input. The interdisciplinary exchange that took place was seen by everyone as an important component for efficient work and should definitely be intensified further.
