The past week was very varied for our Street Doctors in La Paz:
Monday started with a long visit to the families of the Favellas, where mainly sick children were treated. On the following Tuesday, we went to the province of Qaruru, where shoeshine boys from the region with medical complaints were able to be examined. The Centro Paceno was visited on Wednesday to provide dental care in particular. The journey continued on Thursday with the aim of providing medical care to destitute women and their children. Last but not least, the Street Doctors were active with the very poor street vendors in the large metropolis. Here, too, everything possible was done to help people with health problems.
We are proud of this work and the help that our Street Doctors have been able to provide - also thanks to your financial support. Of course, we also hope that this will continue in the coming year.
